These Terms govern access to and use of advantage.asia (the “Website”), operated under the Advantage.asia brand by Strategic Vantage PLT (“we”, “us” or “our”), a business entity in Malaysia. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. These Terms govern Website use only; services are subject to separate written terms where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Website, material breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights. This does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by our own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
